Key selling points
- building plot
- breath taking views
- in traditional village
- clean ownership
Transport yourself back in time to a bygone age where houses were constructed of stone and traditional materials and where concrete did not exist. Welcome to the small Hamlet of Jagodna, perched on the mountain side and drenched in the southern sun with breathtaking views of the crystal clear Adriatic Sea! This hamlet must be the epitome of what a Dalmatian village should be, having been abandoned a number of years ago less the odd goat and donkey and local farmer who passes through to attend the nearby olive trees and vineyards. The views from the village and plot are nothing less than inspiring, looking out over this wonderful part of the Adriatic towards the island of Korcula, which at time looks so close you could almost step across to it! There is a saying on Hvar that the best wine comes from the grapes that have a view of the sea, which may have some truth as the vineyards here have the best position of any and the local wine Zlaton Otok (Golden Island) has one of the best reputations in Croatia! With the owner keen to sell, and having recently substantcially reduced the asking price, this now becomes a very interesting project!
